Attend any sort of leadership forum and you will certainly hear something about carrots and sticks. I think I’ve heard it in conjunction with every leadership role I’ve ever held with the possible exception of in politics. (Perhaps I’d heard it so many times by then that I simply “slept” through that presentation.)

Passport Please!
The first time I heard the term vaccine passport was on the morning of February 13, 2021 when the RN administering my first dose of the Pfizer vaccine handed me a card and said to keep it, bring it back on March 6th when I got my second dose and that she thought it would eventually become part of a vaccine passport program. Time will tell but I think she was on to something.
