Employers are experiencing challenges filling job vacancies. If you listen to the right wing media you won’t know what the major underlying reasons are. They boil down to what I will call the 2 C’s: compensation and conditions.
I could probably write a catch up article everyday and still not cover everything worth covering. Today I’m going to take another sure to be incomplete stab at it.
I spend much of my time bashing Republicans. Sorry, there has been too much fodder over the past decade or so. What I enjoy the most is when I do a policy article. My concern for policy is what makes me a political junkie. Today I’m going to wash some “dirty Democratic laundry” in public.
It’s Friday morning as I write this article. Normally I write the Sunday article on Saturday awaiting the Friday news dump. One of the many political parlor games of late is speculating on why Sean Hannity would have used the legal services of Michael Cohen. Cohen is far from one of New York City’s let alone the nation’s top legal minds. In fact the conventional wisdom is that you only retain Cohen if you want to make a mistress problems disappear. That does not fit Hannity’s reputation. He is not known to cheat on his wife nor are there any credible rumors of sexual harassment in his past. In fact Sean has a Boy Scout reputation and is generally considered to be a great boss by his male and female employees and former employees. Could it be possible that he was mainly telling the truth when he said his conversations with Cohen mostly pertained to real estate? CNN and Paul Begala may have shed some light on that Monday night.
