I just added House of Trump, House of Putin by Craig Unger to the Recommended Reading Section.  This is one of those classic 10% books.  By that I mean that if even 10% of Unger’s allegations are true it is terrifying.   There is reason to believe that much, much more than 10% is accurate!

The book describes an American president (Donald Trump) that is beholden to Russia, its President (Vladimir Putin) and its organized criminal element.   Unger traces the involvement of Russian money in Trump’s businesses and campaign coupled with a cyber attack and probable additional compromising information.   A president beholden to a foreign nation was one of the Founding Fathers’ greatest fears.


It’s not every day that you get to coin a word and recognize a young journalist who looks like they will become a superstar but today is that day for me. Let’s explore. Continue reading RICOphobia
