The COVID vaccines have mostly done their job, in America and other wealthy nations anyway. Unless there is a more dangerous mutation, COVID’s threat is now manageable. In America there is another large threat to health and beyond. It is the Republican party. It is not hyperbole to say it is just as deadly; in fact a case can be made that it kills many more Americans. What we desperately need is a vaccine against it. An Answer And A Path To Victory

Perhaps the most remembered line from the 1974 movie Blazing Saddles is, “Where da white wimmin at?” Politically I’ve been wondering the same thing, albeit with proper English, for years. While even with Donald Trump as the GOP standard bearer women as a demographic have voted for the Democrat the sub-demographic of white women broke slightly for Trump. Perhaps America’s Clearest 24 Hours

It is late Friday morning as I commence to pen this. That is important in both relation to the title and the fact that some of the subjects of my comments are dynamic in nature. If you want to display your ignorance of contemporary American politics all you have to do is say something along the line of all politicians are the same. That is uttered everyday and is a major reason America often finds itself on the wrong track. The events of the last 24 hours are a crystal-clear illustration of that!

Deceptive Rhetoric

Just because something sounds good that doesn’t mean it is good. The modern-day Republican Party has some great rhetoric. On the surface it sounds fantastic and since most Americans have about a 30 second political attention span it is highly effective. The sad part is that it is increasingly proving to be malarkey when compared to their actions. I’ll go through a few examples today. The last paragraph will be a bonus in which I’ll unveil a new acronym.
