I don’t know if Ukraine will win the war with Russia. That wasn’t even a possibility I considered at its commencement. Today I have to and so should the administration.
I don’t know what will or will not happen to the second part of the infrastructure package but at this point what we already have is a big deal (a “BFD”, if you prefer) and I want to spend another day talking about it.
Few things are more frustrating than talking politics with a Trump supporter. They live in a fact free zone secure in the comforts of their prejudices and misinformed opinions. Lately they are in the third recycling of the word “socialism” as a catchall bogeyman. While they feel secure in their ignorance it is your moral obligation to attempt to educate them. You will have plenty of opportunities between now and the 2020 election but beware; their attention span is short so you will have to use your words economically.
