The Democrats’ Hot Stove League

This article was written well ahead of scheduled publishing in order to accommodate my travel plans.

Maybe I’m just too caught up in baseball’s off season moves, but I can’t help but think of “the bench”. Today I’d like to briefly look at the Democrat’s “national bench”. I’m among the people who thinks the Democrats need a youth movement, therefore I’m just looking at people who will be at least 35 (the Constitutional minimum age for president) but less than 60 on Election Day 2024.

There Is Only One Patriotic Party In America

One of my pet peeves is hearing people display their political ignorance when they say things along the lines of all politicians and both political parties are the same. In America there is a universe of difference between Democrats and Republicans. One group cares more about the country than their personal political fortune. The other is 180 degrees opposite. Speaking The Truth In Warsaw

There is an old Polish proverb that basically says that what you say when you are drunk; you speak the truth. (I’m not going to try to quote it. I neither read nor write Polish and have a toddler’s speaking vocabulary in it. Typical American – English only.) While I’m confident Joe Biden was sober when he spoke in Warsaw on Saturday, he did speak the truth; a truth that few want to publically admit.

Today is Veterans’ Day in America and for me, in particular, it is time to do a “clean up” article. As I sat down to write this I though what an appropriate juxtaposition of circumstances.
