Perhaps a Yank should just keep his mouth shut when it comes to UK politics. I was a talker as a little boy in school and keeping my mouth shut has never been one of my strong suits. The UK is arguably America’s most important ally. It is a major economy and a global leader. Simply put, it is important!

I’m back to my version of live blogging which means I’m writing an op-ed the day before publishing, (most often the morning before).
