It may come as a relief to many but it seems somehow strange that we are finally within less than 100 days of Election Day. If you count early voting (the details of which are still being worked out in several states) we are even closer. A Solid Choice
In my heart I’d have loved to have seen Elizabeth Warren or Bernie Sanders as Hillary Clinton’s choice for a running mate. Despite press hype and the hopes of millions of progressives neither ever had much of a chance of happening. Among a plethora of other things I will not discuss today neither is the number two type. My personal third choice was Sherrod Brown. That was the best chance of getting a more progressive running mate for Hillary but it was killed by the facts that Republican John Kasich is the popular Governor of Ohio and it would put Brown’s Senate seat at risk. The Endorsement Of Russ Feingold
This is probably the easiest article I will write in 2015. Thursday my wife and I were driving along when my BlackBerry buzzed with an e-mail from Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren announcing that Russ Feingold was running for the Senate in Wisconsin and that she was supporting him.
