Outrage Cleanup

My problem continues to be not finding a story but deciding which not to cover. That is how bad the Trump administration is. Today is another catch up day where I want to cover several topics briefly. It is getting to the point that I am seriously considering making this a weekly feature. Continue reading Outrage Cleanup

Dog Days Of Trump

Today is the first day of the fabled dog days of August in baseball. The season has gotten long by now, most players have a few dings and the temperature is normally high. For teams that are out of it, it is difficult to get motivated and the calendar seems to never turn a page. Continue reading Jobs? Just Not Here, Unless…

In order to get things through Congress Donald Trump needs the cooperation of the Republicans in the Senate. What better way to guarantee it than to nominate the Senate Majority Leader’s wife as Secretary of Transportation. That is an especially astute political move when you look at recent history and consider that Trump wants to spend a lot of money on projects that will flow through the Department of Transportation. It is also part of a pattern. Continue reading Don Trump Adds To His Crew
